Terms of use
These terms apply to the Draggo apps and to draggo.am during the closed beta. By creating an account or publishing content you accept them together with the community rules and the privacy notice.
Policy version: 2026-09-27-v1
The English text of these terms is the governing version. Armenian and Russian translations are provided for convenience; until reviewed legal translations are approved, the English version prevails where they differ.
Who may use Draggo
Draggo is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or take part in the community. The beta is invitation-only; an invitation is personal and may be withdrawn.
Safe use
Draggo is a logbook for permitted closed-course sessions. You are responsible for where and how you drive.
- Record only at closed-course or otherwise permitted private sessions. Never use Draggo to time driving on public roads.
- Mount and configure the phone before the car moves and arm the recorder only while stationary. Do not touch the phone while driving.
- Draggo does not check whether a place is safe or legal to drive. A checkbox or a label in the app does not make it so.
- Do not challenge, encourage or dare anyone to beat a time outside a permitted session.
What a result is
- Every time in Draggo is a phone-recorded estimate, labelled PHONE-ESTIMATE. It is not official timing, not a certified measurement and not evidence of a vehicle's performance for any legal or commercial purpose.
- The quality label CHECKS_PASSED means the recording met the protocol's automatic checks. It is not verification of accuracy, of the car or of the person driving, and it is not an anti-cheat certificate.
- Declared power, torque and other specifications are entered by owners and are not measured by Draggo.
- Results from unsupported or unvalidated devices are experimental and carry no comparable time. Algorithm updates may change how future runs are evaluated; earlier runs keep their version.
Your content and the community
You keep ownership of the photos, captions and comments you publish. You grant Draggo a non-exclusive licence to host and display them in the product for as long as they are published. You confirm that you have the right to publish them and that they follow the community rules.
Publishing is optional. Public content can be unpublished by you at any time; copies that other people made outside Draggo cannot be recalled.
Moderation and termination
We may hide content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the community rules, that publishes fraudulent results, or that endangers other people. Serious cases are handled without prior warning. You can appeal a moderation decision through support.
You may delete your account at any time in the app or at draggo.am/en/delete-account/.
Beta software
Draggo is provided during the beta as is and free of charge. It may contain errors, may lose data that you have not backed up, and may change or stop at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Draggo is not liable for damage arising from use of the beta, from reliance on an estimated result, or from driving.
Store distribution, support hours and paid features are not promised. The privacy notice explains how data is handled.
Changes and contact
We record a policy version for these terms and ask you to accept the current version when it changes materially. The version, the language you accepted and the time of acceptance are stored with your account.
