Delete your account
You can delete your Draggo account from inside the app or from this page. Both paths require that you prove you control the account's email address. We never delete an account on an unverified request.
In the app (Android and iOS)
The same path exists on both platforms.
- Open Profile, then Account.
- Choose Delete account and read what will be removed.
- Confirm with your password. Access ends immediately.
From the web
If you no longer have the app installed, use the form below.
- Enter the email address of your Draggo account and send the request.
- If an account exists for that address, we email a verification link in the language of this page. The link expires after a short time.
- Open the link and confirm the deletion. Access is revoked and public content is unpublished at that moment.
The response to the form is always the same, whether or not an account exists, so that nobody can use it to find out who has an account. Requests are rate-limited.
Request account deletion
Type the email address you sign in with.
What is deleted
After you confirm, the following are deleted within 30 days:
- Your login record at the identity provider (Firebase Authentication) and your email address.
- Your cars, setup snapshots, runs, results and cloud backups, including replay packages and photos in cloud storage.
- Your posts, captions, comments, reactions and follows. They are unpublished immediately.
- Your preferences, including communication language.
What may remain
- A narrow set of abuse and security records, such as moderation reports about content and blocks that other users set, kept in reduced form for a disclosed period so that bans keep working.
- Data on your own phone. Uninstall the app or clear its data to remove local runs and cars.
- Copies and screenshots that other people made of content while it was public. Draggo cannot recall them.
Timing and confirmation
Access is revoked and public content is unpublished as soon as you confirm. Product data and the identity-provider record are deleted within 30 days; expiring backups follow the retention in the privacy notice.
You receive a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete. If you change your mind before confirming the link, simply do nothing: the link expires and nothing is deleted.
